At Dirty Diva Soap, we strive to ensure the highest quality in all our products. Due to the personal nature of our artisanal soaps and hygiene products, we cannot accept returns once products have left our facility, as they cannot be resold. This policy is in place to ensure the utmost hygiene and health safety for all our customers.

If you receive a product that is faulty or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will be happy to assist you with a return or exchange.
