Return Policy

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our soaps and body care products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has left our possession.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is another issue with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review the situation and work with you to make it right.

Please include your order number and photos of the product and packaging where applicable.
